Equipped with locking levers and strain relief plates, the WAGO PCB connectors from the MULTI CONNECTION SYSTEM MICRO and MIDI are designed to withstand high mechanical stress.
Using the PCB connectors from the WAGO MULTI CONNECTION SYSTEM, sub-assemblies can be connected in a maintenance friendly way. 100% protection against mismating combined with individual coding options ensures safety even for complex wiring applications. The following convenient features offer additional benefits to the users:
Locked safely
Female connectors are now optionally available with a locking latch for the MICRO series that have a pin spacing of 2.5 mm. Therefore a plugging connection that also maintains its contact in rough conditions is created together with the strain relief per cable tie.
Strain relief when required
Additional mechanical safety is also provided by the new strain relief plates of the MIDI series of 2-conductor female connectors (pin spacings 5 / 5.08 / 7.5 / 7.62 mm). A cable tie is used to secure the cables (even thick cable looms) to the plates that are fitted in the connector. The plates can be fitted retrospectively or directly at the factory, which is even more convenient. They are available in different widths for 2- to 16-pole female connectors.
