TOPJOB® S Family

Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks for Every Application!

The TOPJOB® S family, with Push-in CAGE CLAMP®, was the first to introduce push-in wiring for rail mount terminal blocks. Since its introduction, new features and benefits have been added every year. Taking yet another leap forward, the family now offers levers and push-buttons for convenient and intuitive wire termination while maintaining the vibration-proof, gas-tight, corrosion and thermal-cycling resistant connection the industry has come to expect from us.

Advantages:

  • Three actuation variants: lever, push-button, open tool slot
  • Continuous marking possibilites
  • Existing range of TOPJOB® S jumpers for all three modules
  • Push-in termination of solid, stranded and ferruled conductors for all variants
  • Test options for all variants

TOPJOB® S Distribution Terminal Blocks

WAGO’s new open tool slot (2006 Series) and push-button (2206 Series) TOPJOB® S Distribution Terminal Blocks are just 9mm wide with 1 to 6 distribution for the ultimate in space savings. Both options also feature dual row jumper slots for parallel configuration with additional distribution blocks and full integration with TOPJOB® S terminal block and accessories. This new distribution lineup comes in four different color choices for intuitive field identification and each connection point comes with molded-in conductor entry marking, meeting the distribution terminal block requirements of many CAE systems.

Through Terminal Blocks

TOPJOB® S Through Terminal Blocks are available as single-, double- and triple-deck versions, as well as quadruple-deck terminal blocks for, e.g., electric motor wiring.

Your benefits:

  • Single-deck terminal blocks connect conductors ranging from 0.14 to 25 mm2 (24-4 AWG)
  • Clear identification via center marker slots for continuous multi-line marking strips and WMB markers
  • Ex i and Ex e versions available for use in hazardous locations
  • Variants approved for both 800 V (IEC) and 600 V (UL) ratings
TOPJOB® S Through Terminal Blocks are available as single-, double- and triple-deck versions, as well as quadruple-deck terminal blocks for, e.g., electric motor wiring.

TOPJOB® S Mini Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks

A compact design makes Mini Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks ideal for work in tight spaces. Various mounting and actuation variants are also available for maximum flexibility, so you can choose your Mini terminal blocks based on use and convenience. Thanks to spring pressure connection technology, they are also suitable for vibration-proof connections and can be used in junction boxes of three-phase motors, for example.

Your benefits:

  • Save space: compact design with full functionality
  • Reliable and secure: the proven spring pressure connection technology makes connections vibration-proof
  • Flexible mounting options: mini rail-mount terminal blocks can be secured on DIN-15 or DIN-35 rails and mounting plates with a snap-in mounting foot or mounting flange
  • Quick and easy operation: for mini rail-mount terminal blocks, you can choose between a push-button and operating slot
  • Easy commoning, marking and testing

Double-Deck Push-Button Terminal Blocks

TOPJOB® S Double-Deck Push-Button Terminal Blocks are ideal for wiring in application where space constrictions are prevalent. Our intuitive orange push-button provides a clear indication of where the operating tool must be applied, will never stick in the open position, and provides positive feedback during actuation.

Your features:

  • All conductor insertion and jumper slots clearly visible from the top
  • Intuitive operation through highly visible orange push-button
  • Dual row jumpering with exclusive retention spring
  • Wire CAGE with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® technology

Disconnect/Test Terminal Blocks

WAGO's disconnect/test terminal blocks allow you to quickly and safely disconnect circuits. The orange-colored knife disconnects or disconnect plugs are located between the conductors and are always visible to the operator.

Your benefits:

  • Alternative disconnect options: Via pivoting knife disconnect and additional mechanical interlock or via disconnect plug
  • Save space with double-deck, double-disconnect terminal blocks: Two potential-free disconnect terminal blocks on two levels
  • Service-friendly testing for potential ground faults via ground conductor disconnect terminal blocks
  • Also ideal for applications in the renewable energy sector with voltages up to 1,500 VDC (2006 Series)
  • Same shape as corresponding through terminal blocks provides clear sightlines
  • A wide variety of jumpers for safe and economical circuit requirements
WAGO's disconnect/test terminal blocks allow you to quickly and safely disconnect circuits.

Fuse Terminal Blocks

TOPJOB® S Fuse Terminal Blocks protect electrical circuits against short circuits and ensure fail-safe system operation. These fuse terminal blocks are designed for miniature metric fuses or blade-style fuses.

Your benefits:

  • Terminal blocks can be assembled into strips
  • Simple and safe replacement of fuses
  • Optional LED indicator quickly identifies blown fuses
  • Fuse terminal blocks can be created with little assembly and wiring effort via carrier terminal blocks and fuse plugs
