Pluggable Modules for WAGO Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks TOPJOB® S

WAGO's new 2042 Series Pluggable Relay, Solid-State Relay and Switching Modules bring safety and convenience to some of the industry’s harshest applications. They are directly plugged onto the carrier terminal blocks of the TOPJOB® S Rail-Mount Terminal Block System. Additionally, this combination of rail-mount terminal blocks and relay/SSR/switching modules saves the user an extra wiring level.

Due to their plug-in capability, WAGO's new modules can be mounted quickly and easily, and they eliminate additional wiring steps during maintenance to effectively prevent wiring errors. This flexibility meets the requirements of both industrial and railway applications.

Robust Modules for Harsh Environments

The harsh environmental conditions within industrial and railway applications place high demands on components. Incredibly robust, the 2042 Series Modules withstand high vibration and shock loads, and meet both DIN EN 61373 (vibration and shock) and DIN EN 50121-3-2 (EMC) railway standard requirements. The modules also provide near-universal applicability thanks to a wide input voltage range. They can be used without restrictions in temperatures ranging from −40 to +70°C (−40 ... +158°F).

At a Glance:

  • Plug-in installation on WAGO Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks TOPJOB® S facilitates commissioning and retrofitting.

  • Integrating the modules into WAGO's rail-mount terminal block system saves both a wiring level and a significant amount of space.

  • WAGO Marking Strips TOPJOB® S bring a clear and maintenance-friendly design to installations.

  • With an input
voltage range of 16.8 to 253 V and testing per DIN EN 50155 and DIN EN 61010, they are ideal for industrial and railway applications.
