Marine and Onshore/Offshore Automation

Use in these areas requires assessment and qualification by independent classification societies (e.g., ABS, GL, LR). More than half of the 20 tests administered apply to EMC. The results achieved from these tests permit operation on marine diesels exposed to vibrations and in the EMC-sensitive area of a vessel’s bridge (compass approval).
