Best Place to Learn

In 2016, WAGO received the label of “Best place to learn” with a designation of “excellent.” Within the scope of certification by AUBI-plus GmbH, current and former trainees and trainers anonymously answered questions about topics such as selection of applicants, career-oriented learning, trainer suitability and training results. Quality criteria that were considered include integration, educational planning, feedback, training and workplace configurations, and personal development.

Top Employer of Engineers in Germany 2017

Additionally, WAGO has been certified by the “Top Employers Institute” as the “Top Employer of Engineers in Germany 2017.” The award, which WAGO received in 2015 and 2016, is bestowed upon companies that have an outstanding approach to employee relations. WAGO is numbered among the Fair Companies, which are characterized by not replacing full-time positions with interns, volunteers, trainees, or temporary help. College graduates, who have applied for a permanent position, are not misdirected toward an internship. Interns are not lured with the vague promise of a permanent position sometime in the future. WAGO offers internships primarily for professional orientation during the training phase, and pays an adequate expense allowance.

WAGO is committed to the compatibility of family and career. We have received the designation “Family-Friendly Company” from the “AUSGEZEICHNET FAMILIENFREUNDLICH” Initiative.
