Firmware and Application Updates Expand the Functions of WAGO Cloud.
Simply and securely send data from machines and systems via MQTT to WAGO Cloud or any other MQTT broker – with WAGO's PFC Controllers operating firmware version 12, it's no problem. With the new firmware and application update function, the connected factory can now be implemented even more easily. This is possible because updates to the firmware and the controllers’ applications can be made directly via the cloud.
This function is especially beneficial for users who control several machines of the same type via a PFC Controller. Instead of updating each machine individually, all machines can be updated simultaneously via WAGO Cloud. Alternatively, the user can select which machines will receive an update.
