WAGO Contest

Qualifying Criteria:

  • The participant is required to take all the following actions to qualify for the contest. 
  • The participants are required to discover the right tagline for the given WAGO product with the help of hinted links provided during the contest. 
  • All participants can enroll in the contest by commenting with answers/complete taglines with the hashtag #WAGOContest and following WAGO India on social media pages, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. 
  • All Participants are required to tag at least 3 friends in the comment section. 
  • The closing date for entries will be 20th October 2023.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is: WAGO Private Limited, whose India office is at Block No. 94 (Vadsala Varnama) N. H. 08, Vadodara, Gujarat – 391243, India.
  2. The contest is open to residents of India aged 18 years or above, except employees of WAGO Private Limited and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this contest.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant indicates his/her agreement to accept these terms and conditions.
  5. WAGO Private Limited reserves all rights to change/modify/cancel the contest and terms and conditions without prior notice.
  6. WAGO Private Limited solely reserves the right to declare the winner’s name.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  9. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
  10. Winners will be chosen based on a lucky draw in the presence of WAGO Private Limited management.
  11. The winners will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, & Instagram within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 15 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  12. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
  13. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Indian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vadodara.
  15. By participating in the contest, winners consent to the publication of their names and social media platform identifiers (in the format of username, profile picture and/or submitted photo) on social media platforms of WAGO India for contest publicity purposes. Personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
