L'alimentatore WAGO, disponibile in un'ampia gamma di modelli ad alta efficienza, fornisce sempre una tensione di alimentazione stabile: sia per le applicazioni più semplici che per l'automazione ad elevato fabbisogno d'energia. WAGO offre gruppi di continuità (UPS), moduli buffer, moduli ridondanti e un'ampia gamma di protezioni elettroniche (ECB), disponibili come sistema completo per applicazioni senza interruzioni di alimentazione.

I vantaggi della scelta di un alimentatore switching WAGO:

  • Alimentazioni monofase, bifase e trifase per un range di temperatura da −40°C a +70°C (da -40 a +158 °F)

EPSITRON® PRO Power

Per le applicazioni che richiedono delle potenze elevate è necessario scegliere un alimentatore switching professionale in grado di gestire efficacemente i picchi di potenza. Gli alimentatori switching della serie PRO Power sono stati appositamente progettati per queste applicazioni.

Caratteristiche dell'alimentatore switching EPSITRON PRO Power:

  • Funzione TopBoost: moltiplica la corrente nominale fino a 50 ms
  • Funzione PowerBoost: fornisce il 200% della potenza d'uscita per quattro secondi e il 150% per ulteriori sedici secondi
  • Alimentatori monofase e trifase con tensioni in uscita di 12/24/48 V DC e correnti nominali in uscita da 5 a 40 A per tutte le applicazioni
  • LineMonitor (opzionale): per il monitoraggio dell'ingresso e dell'uscita e per semplificare il settaggio dei parametri
  • Ingresso di StandBy con contatto pulito: spegne l'uscita dell'alimentatore switching e minimizza il consumo di corrente
  • Interfaccia seriale RS-232 (opzionale): per la comunicazione con PC o PLC

EPSITRON® – Convertitori DC/DC

Anzichè usare un alimentatore tradizionale, i convertitori DC/DC EPSITRON® della WAGO sono l'ideale per le tensioni più particolari, consentendo un'alimentazione affidabile di attuatori e sensori.

  • I convertitori DC/DC possono essere usati al posto di un alimentatore aggiuntivo nelle applicazioni con tensioni speciali.
  • Struttura sottile: larghezza "reale" di 6,0 mm per la massimizzazione dello spazio nel quadro
  • Ampio range di temperatura di lavoro
  • Pronto per l'impiego a livello mondiale in molti settori industriali, grazie all'omologazione UL
  • Profilo in comune con i trasduttori di segnale e i relè delle serie 857 e 2857: consente la completa messa in comune della tensione di alimentazione

EPSITRON® — Gruppi di continuità (UPS)

L'UPS è composto da un'unità di controllo e carica a 24 VCD e una o più batterie collegate, il gruppo di continuità WAGO alimenta in modo affidabile un'applicazione per diverse ore. Il funzionamento di macchine e impianti è garantito senza problemi; anche in caso di interruzioni della tensione di alimentazione primaria.

  • Unità di controllo e di carica compatte: permettono un risparmio di spazio all'interno del quadro
  • Display integrato e interfaccia RS-232 (opzionale): per semplificare la visualizzazione, la diagnostica e la configurazione del dispositivo
  • Tecnologia di connessione innestabile CAGE CLAMP®: rapida ed esente da manutenzione
  • Tecnologia di controllo della batteria per la manutenzione predittiva: per estendere la vita della batteria e sostituirla quando necessario

EPSITRON® – Protezioni Elettroniche (ECB)

Gli interruttori di sicurezza elettronici (ECB) della WAGO sono la soluzione salva-spazio e di precisione per proteggere i circuiti DC.

  • Interruttori di protezione con 1, 2, 4 e 8 canali con correnti fisse o regolabili nell'intervallo da 0,5 a 12 A
  • Elevata capacità di attivazione dei carichi: >50.000 µF
  • Possibilità di comunicazione con varie modalità: monitoraggio, diagnostica e reset da remoto
  • Tecnologia di connessione connettorizzata CAGE CLAMP®: rapida ed esente da manutenzione
  • Gamma completa di certificazioni: adatto alle più svariate applicazioni
