Compact Design Saves Space
The new triple-deck terminal blocks complete the range of WAGO TOPJOB® S rail-mount terminal blocks with push-buttons and round it down with their nominal cross-section from 1 mm² to a max. of 1.5 mm². They are available with or without push-buttons and offer a slim, compact design. Instead of horizontal construction, a vertical design is used to save spaces.

Fast, Secure Mounting of Detectors and Sensors on Mineral Fiberboard
WAGO's WINSTA® Pluggable Connection System is primarily used in buildings with suspended ceilings or cavity walls. WAGO now offers a suitable mounting plate to mount detectors and sensors securely and integrate them into the system quickly and efficiently. This plate comes factory-equipped with a suitable interface for 2-pole WINSTA® MIDI Series Connectors. The plugs and sockets can be easily secured via snap-in frame. The mounting plate’s large hole contour allows easy mounting of the device base plate. At the same time, the mounting plate also increases strength and stability.
Gelbox Protects Connectors from Moisture
The WAGO Gelbox is a small, compact box filled with silicone-free gel. The Gelbox is available in nine sizes and provides IPX8 moisture protection for WAGO’s 2273 Series PUSH WIRE® Connectors for Junction Boxes, as well as WAGO’s 221 Series Splicing Connectors and Inline Splicing Connectors with levers.

Higher System Uptime via WAGO Power Supply Pro 2 Redundancy
WAGO’s Pro 2 Redundancy Power Supply is used when high system availability is required. If additional power supplies are installed and one of the devices fails, the remaining power supplies maintain system operation. Integrated decoupling MOSFET prevents feedback in a possibly short-circuited power supply output. It also eliminates the need for a separate redundancy module.

WAGO's new ECBs for 24 VDC, with 4 and 8 channels, are used in all industries with sensors and actuators and other electrical loads in the 24 VDC range. Future-Proof CODESYS V3 Programming with the WAGO Basic Controller 100
WAGO’s Basic Controller 100 makes engineering with CODESYS V3 possible. This enables 750 Series Compact Controllers, which are primarily designed for small-to-medium-sized automation applications, to work with the latest version of the IEC 61131-3 development tool.

Integrating Analog Signals via IO-Link
The new Analog IO-Link Converter for the WAGO I/O System Field provides an easy, compact solution for easily incorporating conventional analog sensors and actuators into an IO-Link system. This also allows retrofit projects to be integrated into digital communication. IO-Link records and outputs analog signals reliably. The new Analog IO-Link Converter offers customers a cost-effective option for analog value transmission with immunity to interference. The converter can be configured via IO-Link . On variants equipped with displays, the parameters can also be set directly on the device. A compact design, IP67 protection and a high operating temperature range make the Analog IO-Link Converter (U, I, RTD) ideal for automation without control cabinets.
Quick and Easy Implementation of IoT Applications with the WAGO Compact Controller 100
The Compact Controller 100 is freely programmable with CODESYS V3, but can also be used for IEC 61131-independent software, such as with Node-RED, Python or C++. Subsequent installation of Docker® as a virtualization environment is also straightforward. This addition makes the Compact Controller 100 a full-fledged IIoT device with gateway functionality. In this way, WAGO perfectly combines the requirements of two different domains into one device, bringing its expertise to bear where “automation meets IT.”
Flexible Connection of Fiber Optic Cables with the WAGO Telecontroller PFC200

The New 8-Port Unmanaged ETHERNET Switch Is Robust, Allows Fast Installation and Reduces Commissioning Costs
WAGO’s new Industrial Eco Switch with eight Fast ETHERNET ports and a 10/100 Mbit/s transfer rate is perfect for setting up small networks in distributed control cabinets. Its slim design with a DIN-rail adapter allows easy installation in control cabinets, with high vibration and shock resistance per IEC 60068-2-6 and IEC 60068-2-27. The UL certificate makes the Eco Switch particularly well-suited to industrial applications in mechanical engineering. Additionally, automatic transmission rate detection (auto-negotiation) and automatic identification of the transmit and receive lines (Auto MDI-X) allow simple plug-and-play operation, saving time and money during commissioning.
New PFC200 Controllers and Modules for the WAGO I/O System 750 XTR
WAGO is expanding its WAGO I/O System 750 XTR, which is engineered specifically for demanding environmental conditions, adding more powerful PFC200 Controllers and several new I/O Modules. The new PFC200 technology is based on G2 hardware and features a 1 GHz Cortex A8 CPU with 512 MB of RAM and a 4 GB eMMC for applications requiring high computing power or large storage space. A four-channel module for pulse width modulation (PWM) is also available, allowing all channels to be parameterized separately. Analog inputs for current and voltage measurements with four high-resolution channels and eight-channel low-side switching digital inputs and outputs are also new.
Deploy Building Systems More Flexibly
The existing flexROOM® and Weather Station applications now offer a BACnet® interface with their latest update (V3.5 and V2.3). It is based on the BACnet® standard in Protocol Revision 22. As an established, standardized data transfer protocol for building automation, BACnet® further simplifies communication between products from different manufacturers. This provides greater flexibility when using different systems and devices. Thanks to BACnet®, applications can now easily exchange their data with a higher-level BACnet® management station.
The WAGO I/O System Field, Now with MQTT
The fieldbus modules of the WAGO I/O System Field now also support the MQTT communication protocol for applications like direct cloud connection. Device data and metadata, measured values and diagnostic data can be read out and passed to a cloud application or edge device for further processing. A free firmware update provides the MQTT functionality as an add-on. The WAGO I/O System Field app for iOS or Android™ can operate the modules over Bluetooth® (Bluetooth Low Energy).
New Module for Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Offers Greater Flexibility and More Possible Applications
The new 4-channel pulse width modulation module for the WAGO I/O System 750 is only 12 mm wide, but can control up to four channels and switch between five operating modes. That opens up more possible applications, especially for instrument and control engineering users, while also saving space and reducing costs. The module also offers a current carrying capacity of 0.2 A per channel, which can be increased to 0.4 A through parallel connection, and a switching frequency up to 20 kHz.
New Safety I/Os for Better Performance and Greater Speed
With their compact design, the functionally safe modules of the WAGO I/O System 750 don’t take up much space and offer a high signal density in a small footprint. Thanks to its flexible design, the system integrates different standard Ex i and PROFIsafe technologies in one setup. The color coding clearly identifies each technology.
Lean Managed Switches with New Diagnostics and Security Functions
WAGO’s Lean Managed Switches can now be used in simple PROFINET® systems. They meet the requirements of PROFINET® Conformance Class A (CC-A) and prioritize PROFINET® data packets in the network over non-time-critical communication. It is also possible to use the Web-based dashboard or the Modbus® registers for diagnostics within the PROFINET® systems. This allows faster troubleshooting in the PROFINET® system than is possible using PROFINET® CC-A unmanaged switches. The devices combine a selection of important safety, diagnostic and redundancy functions with a high level of cost-effectiveness and are ideal for applications in industrial or building automation.

Centralized, Location-Independent Lighting Operation and Monitoring
More and more users require the ability to monitor and manage the lighting of individual buildings or distributed properties from a central location. The new version 2.1 of WAGO Lighting Management offers the ideal solution. Convenient cloud connection allows access to the equipment data at any time, from anywhere in the world. In addition to WAGO Cloud and WAGO Cloud Building Operation and Control, other cloud applications are supported, such as Azure, AWS, IBM, SAP and native MQTT. Since the application also supports multi-cloud connectivity, data can be provided to two cloud systems simultaneously and in parallel, allowing users to implement different tasks in the appropriate cloud application. In addition, WAGO Lighting Management now supports OPC UA to provide data to higher-level systems for further processing and evaluation. This makes all the equipment information available at any time, from anywhere in the world, via the cloud connection and OPC UA interface.
