Sistema modular para aplicaciones de cableado universales: X-COM®-SYSTEM y X-COM®S-SYSTEM

Las bornas de carril enchufables X-COM®-SYSTEM, X-COM®S-SYSTEM y X-COM®S-SYSTEM-MINI de WAGO se utilizan principalmente en aplicaciones de conmutación y control (p. ej., sistemas ferroviarios). Combinan bornas de carril y conectores enchufables. El sistema le permite ahorrar tiempo y dinero en el cableado de sistemas durante la producción, montaje, funcionamiento y mantenimiento.

X-COM®-SYSTEM

La línea de productos X-COM®-SYSTEM se caracteriza por la diversidad de variantes. Además de las bornas de carril, este sistema también incluye componentes para PCB, conexiones aéreas o diseños para montajes de paso o pasamuros. Probada miles de millones de veces, la tecnología CAGE CLAMP® garantiza conexiones fiables en todas las áreas de aplicación.

  • Prevención de errores: 100% de protección contra error al conectar mediante grupos de codificación con el mismo número de polos
  • Protección mecánica mediante tetones de anclaje, placas o carcasas antitirón

  • Utilice puentes para puentear conectores hembra y bornas base: las conexiones de polos se mantienen incluso si se ha soltado el conector

X-COM®S-SYSTEM

The X-COM®S-SYSTEM is available in two different terminal block widths: 3.5 mm/0.138 inch (2020 Series) and 5.2 mm/0.205 inch (2022 Series). It is compatible with our TOPJOB® S Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks and their wide range of accessories, e.g., for commoning and marking.

Your benefits:

  • Connect conductors up to 1.5 mm2 (16 AWG) at a terminal block width of just 3.5 mm (0.138 inch) and up to 4 mm2 (12 AWG) at a width of just 5.2 mm (0.205 inch)
  • Fast wiring via Push-in CAGE CLAMP® termination of solid, stranded and ferruled conductors
  • Prevent mismating by coding groups with the same pole numbers
  • Secure female plugs via locking levers and strain relief plates
  • Solve any conceivable commoning task via multifunctional jumpers (e.g., adjacent jumpers for continuous commoning)
  • Dual jumper slots for various commoning options
  • Clear identification via multi-line marking strips and WMB markers

System Wiring up to Ex Area

WAGO's pluggable X-COM®S-SYSTEM Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks are also available with Ex approval. These versions offer “nA” type of protection and are approved for use in Zone 2 hazardous areas.

  • Shorter locking levers heighten safety by making accidental disconnection more difficult
