It makes dual use of the contact force from a single Cr-Ni stainless steel spring to clamp the conductor and connect the header pin. This makes picoMAX^® even more compact than other pluggable connection systems and sets new standards for wire-to-board, board-to-wire, wire-to-wire and panel feedthrough connections.
