Tot wel 60 % meer efficiëntie bij de bedrading van de schakelkast

De bedrading van schakelkasten is nog steeds een handmatige processtap. Daarom wordt momenteel meer dan ooit naar oplossingen gezocht om de bedrading efficiënter vorm te geven – om zo op tijd en kosten te besparen en om het tekort aan geschoolde arbeidskrachten tegen te gaan.

WAGO houdt zich intensief bezig met deze eisen van klanten – en biedt met de modulaire Cabinet Wiring Robot van WAGO een automatiseringsoplossing voor de efficiënte bedrading van schakelkasten. In combinatie met het voorbereidingsstation voor geleiders, dat ook standalone kan worden gebruikt, realiseerd de robot bij de bedrading van frames en montageplaten aan één kant een handmatige besparing van de werklast van tot wel 60 %.

Station de préparation de conducteur entièrement automatique

La station de préparation des conducteurs peut contenir jusqu'à 16 conducteurs afin de les envoyer au traitement final des conducteurs selon les besoins. Avec la sélection, la mesure, le découpage et le sertissage des embouts d'extrémité sur les deux côtés, l'opérateur supprime une étape de processus qui prend du temps.

  • Accès simultané jusqu'à 16 conducteurs
  • Conducteurs avec section de 0,5 à 2,5 mm²
  • Longueurs de conducteurs de 300 à 2500 mm
  • Sélection, mesure, coupe, dénudage et sertissage entièrement automatiques des embouts d'extrémité sur les deux côtés
  • Marquage de conducteur en option

Après le traitement de l'extrémité du fil, celui-ci est testé à l'aide d'un test d'arrachement du conducteur. Si le contrôle de qualité est positif, le transfert du conducteur pré-assemblé au spécialiste ou au robot de câblage a lieu.
