User-Friendly Configuration: WAGO Signal Conditioners
Housed in a 6 mm-wide package, the 857 Series sets new standards for signal conditioners: The modules offer numerous technical highlights and feature a common profile, allowing the same flexible push-in jumpers to be used across the entire line. With its new Signal Conditioners, WAGO is continuing to expand its existing portfolio, offering its customers the best solutions from a single source.

The new, compact WAGO 857 Series Signal Conditioners are user-friendly and easy to configure using DIP switches or interface configuration software. They also feature a safe 3-way isolation with 3 kV test voltage and a wide ambient temperature range from −40 to +70°C. Moreover, they can be easily marked with WMB and TOPJOB® S marking strips to clearly organize and label all control cabinet components.

Loop-Powered RTD Temperature Signal Conditioner, 857-815
- Records Pt sensors and resistors up to 4.5 kOhm
- Converts the temperature signal into an analog standard signal
- Indicates faults via wire break/short-circuit sensor detection
- Supply via output loop – no additional supply voltage required
