Laboratorní zkoušky zaručují vyšší kvalitu a spolehlivost

Svorky, které se mají používat po celém světě, musejí splňovat určité normy a získat zkušební certifikáty.

Tyto požadavky platí pro každého výrobce. Společnost WAGO provádí také vlastní zkoušky, které zvyšují jak oborové standardy, tak i spolehlivost výrobků. Výrobky absolvují různé mechanické elektrické a klimatické zkoušky. Některé z nich vám představíme v následujícím textu.

Zkušební laboratoř WAGO

Výrobky značky WAGO lze bezpečně a spolehlivě používat v nejrůznějších aplikacích jak na evropském trhu, tak všude ve světě. Na splnění tohoto cíle klademe mimořádný důraz už ve fázi vývoje. Výsledkem je ověřená vysoká úroveň bezpečnosti a spolehlivosti výrobků a také splnění technických údajů a jejich naprostá přesnost – v souladu s nejvyššími prioritami našich zákazníků a uživatelů po celém světě.

Zkouška tahem (dle EN 60947-7-1, EN 60998-2-2)

Při zkoušce vytahovací síly se měří síla, která je potřebná k vytažení vodiče z kontaktního místa (upínací jednotky).
Konstrukce svorek nabízí natolik velkou rezervu, že k vytažení dojde až při mnohonásobném překročení tažné síly předepsané normami.

Zkouška odolnosti proti vibracím (dle IEC/EN 60068-2-6)

Na zkoušky, jimiž se ověřují dlouhodobé nepříznivé účinky vibrací na elektrické připojení, jsou kladeny různé požadavky, které závisejí na způsobu použití, například v drážní technice (dle EN 61373) nebo lodní dopravě (dle GL, LR, DNV). Zkoušený vzorek je v elektrodynamickém vibračním zařízení ve třech osách vystaven různému namáhání. V průběhu zkoušky se mění amplituda, zrychlení a zejména frekvence vibrací. Je-li potřeba splnit specifické požadavky zákazníků, zvyšujeme hodnoty při zkoušce na několikanásobek standardních hodnot.

Zkouška odolnosti proti rázům (dle IEC/EN 60068-2-27)

Zkouška odolnosti proti rázům se velice podobá zkoušce odolnosti proti vibracím. Rozdíl spočívá v tom, že na zkoušený vzorek působí místo nepřetržitých vibrací jednotlivé rázy. Zkoušky odolnosti proti rázům se obvykle provádějí například se zrychlením 20 g po dobu 11 ms. Zkoušky pro zvláštní požadavky často vyžadují podstatně vyšší hodnoty. I tyto testy provádíme v naší laboratoři. Například jednopatrové řadové svorky TOPJOB® S absolvují zkoušky s hodnotou zrychlení až 500 g.

Zkouška úbytku napětí při namáhání ohybem (dle EN 60947-7-1, EN 60999-1)

Zkouška úbytku napětí při namáhání ohybem simuluje mechanické namáhání působící na kontaktní místo (upínací jednotku). V praxi může k tomuto namáhání docházet při instalaci, například když instalační technik odsune už připojené vodiče ke straně, aby získal přístup k určité komponentě. Trvale stabilní naměřená hodnota poklesu napětí prokazuje kvalitu kontaktního místa (upínací jednotky) při pohybování připojenými vodiči.
