Neuvěřitelně praktické: Konektory na desky plošných spojů s páčkami

První páčkou ovládané konektory pro výkonovou elektroniku na světě umožňují přímo v ruce připojovat vodiče o průřezu až 25 mm2 (4 AWG). Nová řada konektorů rozšiřuje systém WAGO MULTI CONNECTION SYSTEM (MCS).

K dispozici jsou dvě verze nových konektorů (Wire-to-Wire a Wire-to-Board), přičemž každá verze nabízí varianty se dvěma až šesti póly. Všechny modely jsou navrženy pro jmenovitý průřez vodiče 16 mm⊃2; (6 AWG) s návrhovými hodnotami do 1 000 V a 75 A (IEC). Konektory jsou vybaveny technikou Push-in CAGE CLAMP® pro všechny druhy vodičů, která umožňuje připojovat plné vodiče a vodiče s dutinkou jednoduchým zasunutím do kontaktního místa. Nové konektory MCS MAXI 16 vybavené páčkou disponují jedinečnou vlastností pro úsporu prostoru: Plné a jemně laněné vodiče je možné připojit v průřezu o řád větším (25 mm2 / 4 AWG), než je uváděný jmenovitý průřez.

Snadné zapojování:

  • Snadno použitelná ovládací páčka umožňuje připojování bez použití nástrojů

  • Vnitřní kódování bez náročného přizpůsobování profilu pouzdra

  • Změna kódování i v zapojeném stavu

  • Volitelné zajišťovací prvky zamezují nechtěnému odpojení

  • 100% ochrana proti chybnému zapojení

Jednoduchost sama

Páčka je mimořádně uživatelsky přívětivá a zajišťuje jasnou identifikaci otevřené/zavřené polohy. Díky pružině stačí k zavření páčky velice malá síla. To je zárukou spolehlivého zapojení vodiče do kontaktního místa.
