La détection précoce des anomalies permet une maintenance conditionnelle

Air Liquide, le spécialiste du gaz industriel, a investi près de 40 millions d'euros sur son site de Stade, en Basse-Saxe. L'objectif de l'investissement était de décarboner la production de gaz de synthèse. Au cours de ce processus, une surveillance continue du nouveau réacteur à haute température a été réalisée. WAGO a la solution adaptée pour cela. Une combinaison de la caméra thermique, de la passerelle WAGO IoT et de l'intégration transparente dans le système de contrôle des processus garantit que les anomalies sont détectées à temps et, si nécessaire, que la maintenance conditionnelle peut avoir lieu.
