Your Benefits:
WAGO's TOPJOB® S Installation Rail-Mount Terminal Block family now includes two new 1-conductor variants: A blue N-disconnect terminal block and a gray power distribution disconnect terminal block for 10 mm2 (8 AWG) conductors. These new compact models are designed for infeed/tap-off applications via (10 x 3) mm busbars.
Your Solution for Building Installations
Supply
1. The incoming power supply conductor from the distribution board is connected to WAGO's 2016 Series Supply Terminal Blocks.
2. The phases and N are wired through to the distribution board's circuit breakers.
3. PE automatically makes contact with the DIN-rail.
N-distribution with N-busbar (10 x 3 mm)
The N-conductors routed from the GFCI breakers are connected to WAGO's 2016 Series N-Conductor Disconnect Terminal Blocks. The N-conductor disconnect terminal blocks supply the busbars (10 x 3 mm) via the N-disconnect slide link.
Electrical circuit wiring with N-busbar
1. Each individual circuit phase coming from the circuit breaker is connected to the input of a multilevel installation terminal block and routed to the output terminal.
2. The ground foot takes on the ground (PE) potential of the multilevel installation terminal block and routes it to the output terminal.
3. The N-disconnect slide link takes on the N-potential and passes it on to the output terminal.
4. The building circuit's conductors are connected to the 3 output terminals N, L and PE.
N-distribution without N-busbar (internal N-disconnection)
The N-conductors routed from the GFCI breakers are connected directly to the multilevel installation terminal block and commoned using an adjacent jumper when required.
Electrical circuit wiring without N-busbar
1. Each individual circuit phase coming from the circuit breaker is connected to the input of a multilevel installation terminal block and routed to the output terminal.
2. The ground foot takes on the ground (PE) potential of the multilevel installation terminal block and routes it to the output terminal.
3. The N-potential is connected directly to input from the RDC circuit breaker and routed to the output terminal.
4. The building circuit's conductors are connected to the 3 output terminals N, L and PE.
WAGO's 2003 and 2005 Series Multilevel Installation Terminal Blocks with N-Disconnection are designed for N-disconnection using an N-busbar. The N-busbar can be automatically and permanently connected by simply sliding the screwless N-disconnect link. Available in different variants, these terminal blocks cover all areas within modern building installations and are particularly well suited for configuring larger circuit groups.
WAGO's 2003 Series Multilevel Installation Terminal Blocks with Internal N-Disconnection are designed for circuit configuration without an N-busbar. Available in different variants, these terminal blocks are ideal for wiring smaller circuit groups, e.g., in installations with multiple ground fault potentials.
Solid, stranded and ferruled, fine-stranded conductors can be simply pushed into the unit.
Range of multifunctional jumpers allows space-saving commoning of multilevel installation terminal blocks in one single jumper slot.
WAGO's continuous marking strip enables time- and cost-saving marking – up to 3 lines.
TOPJOB® S Multilevel Installation Terminal Blocks offer the industry's highest current carrying capacity and pass shock tests up to 500g and vibration tests up to 20g.
Customer Applications
Speed and quality do not have to exclusives – even in housing construction. The renowned prefabricated, half-timbered housing manufacturer, HUF HAUS, proves this, down to the smallest detail.
