Without dedicated employees, it would be impossible for us to continue to grow and lead the market with innovations.

Our priority is to ensure that our employees feel connected to WAGO and act responsibly. We continuously strive to achieve the necessary conditions – every day of the week.

Maintaining: Social Standards

To guarantee this, we follow standards set by the international associations of the electronics sector: EICC and ZVEI. The basic labor standards of the International Labor Organization and the UN Declaration of Human Rights are integrated into these standards and thus into the Code of Conduct enacted for the WAGO Group. Company agreements with unions form a substantial contribution to high social standards. In addition, since 2012 we have been a member of the UN Global Compact, an international multi stakeholder initiative, and support the ten principles of responsible corporate management.

Advantages: Diversity

We view a diverse workforce as an opportunity. One approach is, for example, the support of women in technical occupations with a focus on mentoring and women-specific events. These initiatives have developed into a comprehensive WAGO women's network focusing on aspiring female professionals and managers. We signed the “Charter of Diversity” in 2017, and have participated in the “5th International Diversity Day.”

Our employees should know that they are valued, regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic background, religion or beliefs, disability, age, sexual orientation or identity.
