Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively develop, maintain, and grow the sales pipeline by establishing and expanding customer bases in the region to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop deep understanding of the automation market in South India, with a strong focus on Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to the management team.
  • Developing relationship with end users (Automotive, Energy, Building & Lighting, Marine and Manufacturing), while also discovering and developing new OEMs
  • Manage, develop, and support system integration partners.
  • Act as solution provider by understanding the customer’s needs to propose the solutions and value proposition based on Wago products 
  • Responsible for identifying & developing sales opportunities & coordinating within team for conversion.
  • Maintain relationship with existing customers and promote up-sell and cross-sell.
  • Creating brand pull & preference in market in collaboration with marketing team. 
  • Travel extensively within the assigned & other regions, covering up to 70% of the time, to engage with clients and prospects
Key Requirements
  • Strong Exposure and Industry experience in Automobile, Machine Building, Process, Energy, EPCs, Building & Lighting etc.
  • Should have successfully managed individual sales budget of minimum 2 Crores.
  • Strong network of contacts within the automation industry in South India, especially Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to influence at various levels across the organization.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region, as well as occasionally to nearby regions.
  • Working knowledge of PLC programming.
  • Adequate knowledge of various industrial communication protocols and its integration.

Qualification: B. Tech / B.E. in – Electrical & Electronics or Instrumentation & Control

Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales of automation products and solutions in Tamil Nadu & Kerala

Key Responsibilities

  • Finalization of Accounts, Corporate tax, Internal Audit, Strong knowledge of HANA, MIS, Budget, Knowledge of Transfer Pricing, TDS
  • Planning and implementation of Internal control
  • Finalization of MIS, Planning, and observation of all routine function.
  • Preparation of Budget. Variance and Ratio analysis.
  • Monitoring various Tax compliance.
  • Preparation and finalization of Tax Audit schedules.
Key Requirements

  • Ability to lead a team 4 to 5 people
  • Experience of 2 to 3 years in verification of routine Vouchers.
  • 3 to 4 years of experiance in preparation and finalization of Statutory Accounts, Yearend package
  • 3 to 4 years of experiance in handling Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and Tax Audit
  • Knowledge of SAP (HANA) would be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets in the Northern Region by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence in the market.
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Key Requirements

  • Experience with Railways/ Automotive/ OEMs/ Process / Lighting sectors in Northern region would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Ability to travel extensively
  • Well versed with computers with knowledge of SAP, CRM, and MS Office.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation or a related field. Management degree would be an added advantage.

15+ years in Industrial Sales; of which at least 5 years in leading a team/ Region.
