MCS MINI Pluggable PCB Connectors with levers and push-in connection offer greater wiring convenience for conductor cross-sections up to 1.5 mm2.

The lever on the WAGO MULTI CONNECTION SYSTEM MINI (MCS MINI) provides rapid in-the-field connections. The connector's design facilitates wiring subassemblies – easy-to-access and straightforward connection points make all the difference at the worksite. With the MCS MINI PCB Connector, this advantage applies to all conductor types in cross-sections from 0.14 to 1.5 mm2 or 26 to 14 AWG and a pin spacing of 3.5 mm. An added benefit: Extra board space is not required, giving WAGO’s PCB connection system the edge for device connections, such as drive controls.

In addition to superior ergonomics, the easy-to-close lever always ensures that safe contact is made and maintained for additional peace of mind. Users achieve additional reliability with the versatile locking system. The lever’s intuitive operation allows connections to be made quickly and securely without tools.

Ignition Protection Categories

Only equipment protected against explosion is permitted in Ex areas. Ignition protection categories are constructive and electrical measures for equipment and qualify as secondary explosion protection.

Ignition Sources

If an atmosphere subject to explosion cannot be prevented in a work area, secondary explosion protection is brought to bear. Secondary measures include prevention of any ignition sources in the Ex area.
