Whistleblower System
Compliance with laws, regulations and internal guidelines is our top priority. Such compliance is essential in order to avoid harm to our company, our employees and our business partners. Misconduct must be promptly identified, processed and immediately corrected.
Compliance with laws, especially in accordance with the German laws: "Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz" (Whistleblower Protection Act) and "Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz" (Act on Corporate Due Diligence Obligations in Supply Chains), regulations and internal guidelines has the highest priority at WAGO. Only if these regulations are followed can we prevent damage to our company, our employees, and our business partners, as well as third parties, and fulfill our responsibility to society and nature. Misconduct must therefore be recognized early on, dealt with, and stopped immediately.
