Isolating Amplifiers
Isolating amplifiers handle a large number of functions in industrial applications while providing secure, error-free signal transmission.
WAGO's range of isolating amplifiers offers a suitable solution for every application: The isolating amplifiers are permanently configured with supply voltage and are available as configurable universal isolating amplifiers, bipolar isolating amplifiers, supply isolators and signal splitters. Without supply voltage, the portfolio includes passive isolators and loop-powered isolators.
Your Benefits:
- Galvanic isolation between input/output/power supply
- Zero and span adjustment to compensate for error or signal shifts
- Switchable filter function to prevent signal interference
- Configurable digital output to measurement range limits and configurable with additional functions (e.g., switch-on delay)
Frequency Signal Conditioners
WAGO’s frequency signal conditioners record 0.1 kHz to 120 kHz signals from NAMUR, NPN or PNP sensors and convert the frequency into an analog standard signal.
Your Benefits:
- Signal acquisition from NAMUR, NPN or PNP sensors
- Frequency range: 0.1 … 120 kHz
- Fault signaling: wire break/short-circuit detection for NAMUR proximity sensors
- Signaling measurement range underflow/overflow
Temperature Signal Conditioners
Temperature signal conditioners allow Pt, TC, Ni, KTY and RTD sensors and resistors to be recorded. This process data is output as a standard analog signal at the output. Whether a resistance-modifying sensor or a thermocouple is used depends on factors such as the maximum temperature range, the installation environment or the required measurement accuracy.
Your Benefits:
- Signal acquisition from Pt, TC, Ni, KTY and RTD sensors, as well as resistors up to 4.5 kΩ
- 2-, 3- and 4-wire connection technology
- Fault signaling: wire break/short-circuit detection of the sensor
- Signaling measurement range underflow/overflow
Threshold Value Switches
Threshold value switches monitor different measurement signals, such as temperature, current or voltage. If a value falls above or below a limiting value setting, emergency stops or alarms can be triggered, for example. In addition to threshold value switches for standard analog signals, RTD threshold value switches for resistance temperature sensors and potentiometers, as well as TC threshold value switches for thermocouples, are also available for signal monitoring and measurement.
Your Benefits:
- Configurable on/off switching delay
- Reaction of a digital signal output (DO) to freely configured measurement range limits and use as an on/off delayed threshold value switch
- Electromechanical signal contact
Potentiometer Signal Conditioner
The potentiometer signal conditioner records resistance signals, e.g., from potentiometers, and converts them into a standard analog signal.
Your Benefits:
- Signal acquisition from potentiometers and resistors
- Automatic potentiometer identification
- Configurable input and output parameters
- Reaction of a digital signal output (DO) to freely configured measurement range limits and use as an on/off delayed threshold value switch
Current/Voltage Signal Conditioners and Power Measurement Modules
Besides current and voltage signal conditioners which record DC and AC currents and voltages, this impressive range also includes a power measurement module that can measure current and voltage in parallel, convert them to power and output them as an analog standard signal.
Your Benefits:
- Measure DC or AC voltages up to 300 V in a width of just 6 mm
- Common the supply voltage via jumpers that can be used across the entire range
- Versatile configuration

3-Phase Power Measurement Modules
The power measurement modules in a DIN-rail mounting enclosure offer the ideal solution for measuring currents and voltages in a three-phase supply network remotely from the control level.
Your Benefits:
- Various device variants for optional connection of current transformers or Rogowski coils
- Slot for microSD cards for storing measurement data
- Compact DIN-rail-mount enclosure
- Communication via Modbus RTU and pulse output
