Best Place to Learn

Since 2016, WAGO has been awarded the “Best Place to Learn” quality seal with an “Excellent” rating. In the AUBI-plus GmbH certification process, current and former trainees and trainers are anonymously surveyed on topics such as applicant selection, career-oriented learning, trainer suitability and training results. The quality criteria considered include integration, education planning, feedback, the design of training facilities and workplaces and personal development.

Employer Certified by TÜV Rheinland and Corporate Health Award

WAGO’s German locations have also been certified by TÜV Rheinland as “Excellent Employers” every year since 2015. Since 2017, the company has received an additional designation as “Parent-Friendly.” WAGO was also awarded the “Corporate Health Award” in 2018 for outstanding corporate health management. Fair Company

WAGO is part of the Fair Company initiative of companies that do not replace full-time positions with interns, volunteers, trainees or temps. College graduates who have applied for a permanent position are not fobbed off into internships; interns are not lured in with the vague promise of a permanent position sometime in the future. WAGO offers internships primarily to help orient interns professionally during the training phase and pays them an adequate expense allowance.
