Since 2017, the company has received an additional designation as “Parent-Friendly.” WAGO was also awarded the “Corporate Health Award” in 2018 for outstanding corporate health management. Fair Company
WAGO is part of the Fair Company initiative of companies that do not replace full-time positions with interns, volunteers, trainees or temps. College graduates who have applied for a permanent position are not fobbed off into internships; interns are not lured in with the vague promise of a permanent position sometime in the future. WAGO offers internships primarily to help orient interns professionally during the training phase and pays them an adequate expense allowance.

WAGO is committed to the compatibility of family and career, for which we have received the “Family-Friendly Company” award from the “AUSGEZEICHNET FAMILIENFREUNDLICH” Initiative.
