The open OT architecture of the PFC 300 supports standards such as MQTT, OPC UA and numerous protocols. As a reliable gateway, it connects system-level devices to cloud and SCADA servers, enabling comprehensive master functionality. With the Linux® operating system and Docker® technology, the PFC 300 offers flexible, future-proof application possibilities.

Compatibility

The system can be easily integrated into existing automation solutions, supporting a wide range of interfaces. Regardless of the fieldbus protocol, it offers flexible application possibilities within existing infrastructures. Additionally, it ensures optimal compatibility and performance with the certified PROFINET® controller (ComDec).

Cybersecurity

Two separate MAC addresses provide secure network disconnection, enhancing security. Data transmission remains reliably encrypted, even when converting between fieldbus systems, ensuring maximum security and efficiency.

With response times of under 6 milliseconds, the PFC 300 processes up to 210,000 data points reliably. Its modern 64-bit architecture delivers peak performance and supports virtualized applications. The PFC 300 offers intuitive operation through the Web-based management interface (WBM) and enables dynamic web visualizations via HTML5, secured by TLS 1.3. With SD card support for data storage, six individually configurable LEDs and a USB-C port for direct programming, it can be used flexibly. Its compact design makes the PFC 300 the ideal solution for your automation needs.
