Lutować czy wtykać?

Zwolenników lutowania przewodów jest wielu, bo do tej pory było to powszechnie stosowane rozwiązanie. Po co zatem zmieniać coś, co działa? To proste - aby zaoszczędzić czas i uniknąć problemów.

Zwykle, podczas produkcji płytek drukowanych w procesie SMT, wszystkie niezbędne elementy są nanoszone na płytkę drukowaną w sposób zautomatyzowany i lutowane w piecach Reflow, a następnie dolutowuje się jedynie przewody w odpowiednich punktach. My mamy inny pomysł – zamiast lutowania proponujemy punkt rozłączalny do montażu przewodów. Taką funkcję spełnia złączka 2065-100/998-403. Ma ona niewielkie wymiary - 8 x 2 x 2,7 mm (d x s x w) – czyli jest nieznacznie większa od samego punktu lutowniczego.

Jak to zrobić?

Złączkę wraz z pozostałymi elementami SMD lutujemy do PCB w jednym procesie, otrzymując gotową płytkę wraz z punktami przyłączeniowymi. Teraz wystarczy po prostu podłączyć przewody. To znacznie szybsza i łatwiejsza czynność niż ich lutowanie. Poza tym jakość takiego połączenia przewodów jest znacznie wyższa. Ręczne lutowanie przewodów wymaga doświadczenia, a i tak często skutkuje niepowtarzalnymi lub wadliwymi połączeniami.

W przypadku złączki 2065-100/998-403 jakość połączenia z płytką drukowaną zapewnia proces lutowniczy, natomiast odpowiedni docisk przewodu - stalowa chromo-niklowa sprężyna w zacisku Push-in CAGE CLAMP. Montaż przewodów jest bardzo prosty. Przewody jednodrutowe i linkowe z zespojoną końcówką (cynowaną, zgrzaną ultradźwiękowo, itp.) wtykamy bezpośrednio do złączki. Aby ułatwić podłączanie przewodów linkowych niezespojonych lub odłączanie wszystkich rodzajów przewodów, używamy plastikowego narzędzia (nr kat. 2065-189). I co ważne, przewody możemy wielokrotnie montować i demontować bez konieczności lutowania.

Korzyści

  • Złączka lutowana do PCB razem z pozostałymi elementami SMD w jednym procesie.

  • Dostawa w opakowaniu „tape and reel” umożliwia automatyczny montaż w procesie SMT.

  • Bezpośredni montaż wtykowy przewodów jednodrutowych i linkowych z zespoloną końcówką w zakresie przekrojów 0,2 ... 0,75 mm2.

  • Prosty i szybki montaż przewodów linkowych niezespojonych (0,2 ...0,75 mm2) oraz demontaż wszystkich rodzajów przewodów za pomocą narzędzia (nr kat. 2065-189).

  • Wielokrotny montaż i demontaż przewodów bez konieczności lutowania.
