Telecontrol Protocols

Be perfectly prepared for future energy market requirements. Select WAGO telecontrollers support the IEC 60870-5-101, -103 and -104, as well as 61850-7, 61400-25 and DNP3 protocols for wireless (GPRS) or wired (via ETHERNET) connection to the control system.

Cybersecurity

Increased networking and nearly universal connection to the Internet fuel the trend to secure data storage and data transmission. In order to ensure information security and integrity during Web access and data transfers, the encryption methods SSH and SSL/TLS are integrated into PFC100 and PFC200 Controllers to establish secure HTTPS and FTPS connections. A firewall provides additional protection against unwanted access.

CODESYS

All WAGO Controllers are equipped with the high-performing CODESYS industry standard. This enables software development in the IEC 61131-3 PLC programming languages (ST, FBD, LD, IL, SFC and CFC). As a trusted programming environment, CODESYS guides developers, enabling them to reuse and further develop existing programs without relearning software. This means that modern paradigms, such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), or other visualization technologies are available.
