Nothing is too small to make a positive impact on our environment. Therefore, we have reimagined one of our best-known products – the 221 Series Splicing Connector. A variant made of partially bio-circular and recycled plastics has been created to keep existing resources in circulation. The connector thus lays a more sustainable footprint right at the start of the installation.

WAGO's 221 Series Inline Splicing Connector connects all conductor types – at once. This connector condenses the industry-leading 221 Series Splicing Connectors’ advantages into a slim design. What's more, optional adapters provide completely modular mounting. Users get the flexibility of having five fixed-position poles in one adapter.

WAGO's 221 Series Splicing Connector for hazardous areas offers entirely new design possibilities, particularly for the manufacturers of distribution boxes, terminal boxes, lights or electronic devices.

The mounting carriers are ideal for distribution extensions with WAGO’s 221 Series Splicing Connectors. The versions in dark gray/yellow and blue clearly distinguish the distributions of neutral and PE conductors in the control cabinet. The clear installation allows fast troubleshooting and maintenance.

WAGO's jumper increases the number of clamping points for the WAGO 221 Series Splicing Connectors on one potential. It creates potential distributions with up to eight connection points in the DIN-rail adapter and is available in four variants: with or without a locking contact point lever, both available in blue or gray.

Things can get confusing wherever multiple cables meet. WAGO’s junction box helps you connect up to 60 conductors with WAGO’s 221 Series COMPACT Splicing Connector for all conductor types with cross-sections up to 4 mm2(12 AWG).

When moisture meets electricity, a short circuit can happen quickly. Encapsulation is a proven solution. But now reliable moisture protection for splicing connectors can be achieved even more quickly and easily with the WAGO Gelbox. It is ready for immediate use in a wide range of low- and extra-low voltage applications.

Quickly and easily connect all conductor types of different cross sections using two-, three-, and five-wire Connectors. The 221 Series Connectors accommodate Solid, Stranded and Fine-stranded conductors in two variants from 12-24AWG and 10-20AWG.

You can open WAGO’s splicing connectors easily and quickly. Opening the levers on the 221 Series requires little effort. This means you can connect conductors quickly – and without any tools! While connecting the conductor, recessed handles on the sides ensure an easy, secure grip on the connector.

With the new 221 Series Splicing Connectors, you can now test the voltage from both sides – even when installed. The connectors have two test slots right where the WAGO imprint appears: one in the conductor entry direction and one on the opposite side. This accessibility provides extremely convenient testing conditions, even after installation, within a wide range of applications. Every connector variant also provides a secure contact for all standard test probes.

Mounting carriers are available for every 221 Series Splicing Connector – whether it's the two-, three- or five-wire model. They can be mounted vertically or horizontally. Secure the carrier by snapping it onto the DIN-rail, or with screws on smooth surfaces. The flexible mounting clamps simplify both connector insertion and removal. Conductors can be conveniently connected and removed before or after inserting a connector into the carrier. One test slot is always accessible, ensuring compliance with VDE standards.
