For Space-Restricted Applications: WINSTA® MINI

The WINSTA® MINI family is ideal for pluggable electrical installations in confined spaces. Its compact design supports the trend towards downsized components, including LED lights and electronic ballasts.

  • Conductor range: up to 1.5 mm2 (16 AWG)
  • Nominal current: 16 A
  • WINSTA® MINI special components (with custom printing) for specialty applications such as measurement, control and regulation technology

The System Box provides a variety of customizable solutions for applications, such as power distribution, control and switching systems. WINSTA® boxes are planned and manufactured according to customer requirements by our Project Service division.

There are pre-assembled cables for many families within the WINSTA® pluggable connection portfolio. The catalog already contains a broad selection of different cable types and lengths. Upon request, we can also provide custom solutions, tailored to the specific application. Custom solutions are also supplied ready for installation, allowing simple, direct plug-and-play installation on site.

The WINSTA® IDC family consists of flat cables ranging from 1.5 mm2 to 16 mm2 (14–6 AWG) and the associated modules, which are compatible with WINSTA® MIDI and WINSTA® KNX Pluggable Connectors; applications include providing power to raised-floor boxes.

  • WINSTA® IDC Supply and Tap-Off Modules allow connection at any point along the flat cable – with just one rotation per pole.

Secure Pluggable Connections Easily

Secure Attachment with the WAGO WINSTA® Mounting Carrier for Flying Leads

With the new mounting carrier for the 770 and 771 Series, WAGO has the perfect solution to reliably secure flying leads. The WINSTA® Mounting Carrier for 2- to 5-pole flying leads secures attachments and simplifies connector removal. Use screws up to M5 or tools for direct installation with a standard mount to secure the adapter to panels. The adapter can also be fitted to cable trays and ducts.

  • Fixed-position installation of the plug-in connection
  • Reduced vibrations for the plug-in connection
  • No damage to connector components and cables
