Since we use a two-stage registration process at WAGO, in the first registration step you cannot yet take advantage of all the functions of the Web shop. Only after you have added your complete contact and company information and we have reviewed it will you be authorized to use the additional services of the WAGO Web shop. The online ordering function will be activated in the registration process soon after your contact and company information has been reviewed.
If you want to delete your existing WAGO customer account, please inform us via email. If you have access to our Web shop, you can request deletion of your online customer profile conveniently on line.
The easiest way to get a WAGO customer account is through our website. Use the green “Register now!” button and follow the steps shown. If you meet the criteria for a WAGO customer account (business customer, not a private individual), a WAGO customer account will be created for you.
If you forget the password for your user account, just click “Forgot your password?” on the login screen. When you enter your email address, your password is reset, and you receive a new password from us via email.
