Customer substations connected directly to a grid operator’s medium-voltage network must be integrated using telecontrol technology. The preconfigured WAGO Application Customer Substation software enables rapid deployment across diverse grid territories — even when technical connection rules vary from one grid operator to another.

To use the application beyond the 30-day trial period, a license for the respective controller is required. The license can be purchased separately under item number 2759-2015/0261-1000.
