Supply

1. The incoming power supply conductor from the distribution board is connected to WAGO's 2016 Series Supply Terminal Blocks.

2. The phases and N are wired through to the distribution board's circuit breakers.

3. PE automatically makes contact with the DIN-rail.

2

N-distribution with N-busbar (10 x 3 mm)

The N-conductors routed from the GFCI breakers are connected to WAGO's 2016 Series N-Conductor Disconnect Terminal Blocks. The N-conductor disconnect terminal blocks supply the busbars (10 x 3 mm) via the N-disconnect slide link.

3

Electrical circuit wiring with N-busbar

1. Each individual circuit phase coming from the circuit breaker is connected to the input of a multilevel installation terminal block and routed to the output terminal.

2. The ground foot takes on the ground (PE) potential of the multilevel installation terminal block and routes it to the output terminal.

3. The N-disconnect slide link takes on the N-potential and passes it on to the output terminal.

4. The building circuit's conductors are connected to the 3 output terminals N, L and PE.

4

N-distribution without N-busbar (internal N-disconnection)

The N-conductors routed from the GFCI breakers are connected directly to the multilevel installation terminal block and commoned using an adjacent jumper when required.

5

Electrical circuit wiring without N-busbar

2. The ground foot takes on the ground (PE) potential of the multilevel installation terminal block and routes it to the output terminal.

3. The N-potential is connected directly to input from the RDC circuit breaker and routed to the output terminal.

New Slimline N-Conductor and Power Distribution Disconnect Terminal Blocks

WAGO's TOPJOB® S Installation Rail-Mount Terminal Block family now includes two new 1-conductor variants: A blue N-disconnect terminal block and a gray power distribution disconnect terminal block for 10 mm2 (8 AWG) conductors. These new compact models are designed for infeed/tap-off applications via (10 x 3) mm busbars.

Multilevel Installation Terminal Blocks

Multilevel Installation Terminal Blocks

For Circuit Configuration with N-Busbar

WAGO's 2003 and 2005 Series Multilevel Installation Terminal Blocks with N-Disconnection are designed for N-disconnection using an N-busbar. The N-busbar can be automatically and permanently connected by simply sliding the screwless N-disconnect link. Available in different variants, these terminal blocks cover all areas within modern building installations and are particularly well suited for configuring larger circuit groups.

This Model's Benefits

  • Maximum Current Carrying Capacity
WAGO's multilevel installation terminal blocks support a wide range of applications and must guarantee a high degree of electrical safety. This is why the 2003 Series Multilevel Installation Terminal Blocks with N-Disconnect Slide Links can be can be loaded with a maximum rated current of 32 A.
  • Maximum Touch-Proof Safety
The busbar transparent cover protects the busbar against accidental contact and makes it easy to see if the N-disconnect slide links are connected to the busbar.
  • Maximum Wiring Space
WAGO's 2003 and 2005 Series Multilevel Installation Terminal Blocks provide all the functionality of a 4 mm2 (12 AWG) or 6 mm2 (10 AWG) terminal block in an extremely compact housing, maximizing wiring space in standard distribution cabinets. This compact design offers plenty of space for wiring.
  • Maximum Performance for Large Loads
The 2005 Series Multilevel Installation Terminal Blocks are ideal for connecting large loads. They are designed for conductor sizes up to 6 mm2 (10 AWG) and a maximum rated current of 36 A.

Configuring circuits without N-busbar

WAGO's 2003 Series Multilevel Installation Terminal Blocks with Internal N-Disconnection are designed for circuit configuration without an N-busbar. Available in different variants, these terminal blocks are ideal for wiring smaller circuit groups, e.g., in installations with multiple ground fault potentials

This Model's Benefits

  • Insulation Resistance Measurement – Fast and Safe
WAGO's N/L test plug adapter is designed for multilevel installation terminal blocks with internal N-disconnection for mounting without an N-busbar. This innovative adapter allows both live conductors (L and neutral) to be interconnected, providing fast and safe insulation resistance measurement per DIN VDE 0100-600.
  • Multilevel Installation Terminal Block with a Single-Fuse Plug
WAGO's multilevel installation terminal block features a DIN-rail-centered slot that can also be used for TOPJOB® S Single-Fuse Holders (2004-911) for microfuses (5 x 20 mm). In combination with 1 mm thick end plates (2003-6693), carrier terminal blocks can be used as fuse terminal blocks in a standard distribution board's cutout.
  • Multilevel Installation Terminal Block with Double-Fuse Plug
WAGO's double-fuse plug is designed for applications requiring both L and N protection or the space-saving protection of two circuits via one fuse circuit.
