The MULTI CONNECTION SYSTEM (MCS) is WAGO's versatile pluggable connection system that provides industry-leading solutions for your wiring applications. The system includes seven product lines (2.5–7.62 mm/0.98–0.3 inch pin spacing) and terminates conductors ranging from 0.08 to 10 mm2 (28–8 AWG), offering a wide range of application possibilities.

MCS MINI

The compact connectors for signaling applications: WAGO's compact MCS MINI Connectors are offered with 3.5 mm (0.138 inch) and 3.81 mm (0.15 inch) pin spacing for conductors ranging from 0.08 to 1.5 mm (28–14 AWG).

  • Versions available with both vertical and horizontal CAGE CLAMP® actuation
  • Push-in CAGE CLAMP® termination of solid and ferruled conductors – with integrated push-buttons

MCS MINI SL

Ultra-low profile for high-density wiring: WAGO's MCS MINI SL Connector is just 7.8 mm (0.307 inch) tall, accommodates conductors from 0.2 mm2 to 1.5 mm2(24–14 AWG) and offers 3.5 mm (0.138 inch) pin spacing.

MCS MICRO

Saves application space: WAGO's smallest MCS MICRO Connector is offered with 2.5 mm (0.098 inch) pin spacing and is designed for applications where space is at a premium. This connector terminates conductors ranging in size from 0.08 to 0.5 mm2 (28–20 AWG).

  • Easy cable pre-assembly and on-unit wiring via vertical and horizontal actuation for the CAGE CLAMP® variants
  • Wire-to-board and wire-to-wire connections

MCS MINI HD

High-density connections in very confined spaces: WAGO's double-row MCS MINI HD Connector is designed for control circuit applications (e.g., I/O interfaces) in compact spaces. This connector is offered with 3.5 mm (0.138 inch) pin spacing and is designed for conductors ranging from 0.08 to 1.5 mm2 (28–14 AWG).

  • 100% protected against mismating
  • Universal CAGE CLAMP® connection for all conductor types and external operating slots that are easily accessible – even when wired
  • Double-row pole arrangement allows high-density, wire-to-board connections in very confined spaces

MCS MIDI Classic

Standard connectors for device connections: WAGO's versatile MCS MIDI Classic Connectors are available with 5, 5.08, 7.5 and 7.62 mm (0.197, 0.2, 0.295 and 0.3 inch) pin spacing. Included universal CAGE CLAMP® connection is suitable for all conductor types from 0.08 to 2.52 mm² (28–12 AWG). Connectors equipped with locking levers or screw flanges secure connections by preventing accidental disconnection.

  • Easy cable pre-assembly and on-unit wiring via vertical and horizontal actuation for the CAGE CLAMP® variants
  • Push-in CAGE CLAMP® termination of solid and ferruled conductors – with or without integrated push-buttons
  • Group arrangement of female connectors in a single header without loss of pin spacing

MCS MIDI

Versatile connectors with additional safety: WAGO's MCS MIDI Connectors are available with 5 mm (0.197 inch) and 7.5 mm (0.295 inch) pin spacing and offer additional connection safety and reliability. Only mating halves with the same number of poles can be combined. Custom coding options ensure 100% protection against mismating. Mismating is also prevented by selecting the same number of poles. Connect all conductor types ranging in size from 0.08 to 2.5 mm2 (28–12 AWG).
