Ultra-low profile for high-density wiring: WAGO's MCS MINI SL Connector is just 7.8 mm (0.307 inch) tall, accommodates conductors from 0.2 mm2 to 1.5 mm2(24–14 AWG) and offers 3.5 mm (0.138 inch) pin spacing.
Advantages:
MCS MIDI
Versatile connectors with additional safety: WAGO's MCS MIDI Connectors are available with 5 mm (0.197 inch) and 7.5 mm (0.295 inch) pin spacing and offer additional connection safety and reliability. Only mating halves with the same number of poles can be combined. Custom coding options ensure 100% protection against mismating. Mismating is also prevented by selecting the same number of poles. Connect all conductor types ranging in size from 0.08 to 2.5 mm2 (28–12 AWG).
Advantages:
MCS MIDI Classic
Standard connectors for device connections: WAGO's versatile MCS MIDI Classic Connectors are available with 5, 5.08, 7.5 and 7.62 mm (0.197, 0.2, 0.295 and 0.3 inch) pin spacing. Included universal CAGE CLAMP® connection is suitable for all conductor types from 0.08 to 2.52 mm2; (28–12 AWG). Connectors equipped with locking levers or screw flanges secure connections by preventing accidental disconnection.
Advantages:
WAGO’s new MCS MAXI 6 Pluggable Connection System extends the power electronics family with levers. Accommodating conductors ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm2 (20–8 AWG), the MCS MAXI 6 Connectors have increased current carrying capacity, making them ideal for higher current requirements. Their intuitive levers allow conductors to be wired directly in-hand. MCS MAXI 6 is available with 7.62 mm (0.3 inch) pin spacing.
The Benefits for You:
The pluggable connection system with a lever for power electronics – the only one of its kind in the world: The MCS MAXI 16 Pluggable Connection System with its innovative lever is ideally suited for your power electronics with a conductor cross-section range of 0.75 to 25 mm2 (18–4 AWG). MCS MAXI 16 is available with 10.16 mm (0.4 inch) pin spacing.
The Benefits for You:
Connect 2.5 mm² in the Field with the Lever
The MCS MIDI single-wire female connector is also available with a lever for conductor cross-sections from 0.14 to 2.5 mm² (26 to 12 = AWG) and 5 mm pin spacing. It offers the ideal combination of high performance, compact design and convenient lever operation.
Maximum Security Without Losing PCB Space
WAGO's MCS MAXI 16 PCB Connector offers additional locking options with a central front lock.
The MCS MAXI 16 PCB Connector with a center locking mechanism provides more security against unintentional disconnection in particularly tight spaces. This locking variant features front actuation from above the conductor entry, allowing the connector to be placed directly next to other components. The MCS MAXI 16 with Push-in CAGE CLAMP® connection reliably transmits high currents up to 101 A, for conductor cross sections up to 25 mm² and is ideal for applications in drive technology, inverters or battery storage systems. The lever technology provides tool-free wiring. This means that MCS MAXI 16 with a center locking device perfectly combines power, size and effortless operation.

Maximum Safety in Minimum Space
WAGO’s MCS MAXI 6 PCB Connection System offers tremendous design flexibility with three new connection locking systems.
Maximum safety in minimal spaces and greater flexibility for device design – this is what the three MCS MAXI 6 locking systems offer, giving electronics developers the perfect locking option to protect their applications from unintentional connector disconnection.
All three locking solutions are intuitive and can be operated with one hand. The side locking lever is optimized for applications where there is sufficient space next to the connector for actuation. The center locking lever is particularly well-suited to applications where connectors are placed directly next to each other on a device front because it locks compactly without additional grid width. However, if there’s no space left, an additional center locking mechanism that is front-actuated above the conductor entry will secure connections in extremely space-restricted conditions.
Frontline personnel worldwide benefit from readily understandable and quick operation thanks to a straightforward design and tool-free, automatic latching that provides both audible and haptic feedback when mated properly.
