First of all, it involves calibrating our organization, processes and systems to the changing requirements of our customers/the market, modifying them when necessarily and developing them further to meet the demands of the future.

My duties also include working with my colleagues to look for potential optimizations of internal processes and procedures in the Internal Sales department and integrated interface departments in order to reduce processing times and simplify workflows.

Our goal is to respond very quickly to questions and requests from our customers and potential customers. We want to be reliable, competent contacts for our customers and support them in their specific challenges. That requires an openness to continuous further development.

In my everyday activities, I’m in contact with a large number of interfaces within the company – my colleagues from Order Management, Product Management, the business units, Financial Accounting, the Solution & Support Center, International Project Service and the Sales organization to name just a few.
