New Products

Simpler, faster, safer: These are the familiar features of the 221 Series Splicing Connector. We've rethought that product and developed a variant of bio-circular and recycled plastics. This keeps existing resources in circulation and is a first step on the path to more sustainable products.

Advantages:

• Plastics made in part from post-consumer recycled material (e.g., recycled PET bottles) and bio-based industrial and household waste (bio-circular)

• Reduced consumption of fossil resources

• Same quality and certifications as the familiar 221 Series Splicing Connector

Tailored but cost-effective – this is the core attribute of the WAGO Application Load Management software solution. It allows intelligent, sustainable EV charging with continuous power adjustment and utilization of all available capacity. It also boasts maximum scalability and compatibility with standard wallboxes and charging stations from many manufacturers.

A compact double-deck male header is available for the MCS MINI Connector with levers. The new version of a 32-pole double-deck male header for the MCS MINI with levers allows I/O signals to be integrated into device fronts in a compact design.

The WAGO Configurator Smart Designer has released new features to improve usability and increase process efficiency. These improvements include introducing color selection, expanding price calculation for WAGO’s miniature rail-mount terminal blocks, shifting selection of accessories to the sidebar and adding new functions for project management.

The new triple-deck terminal blocks complete the range of WAGO TOPJOB^® S rail-mount terminal blocks with push-buttons and round it down with their nominal cross-section from 1 mm² to a max. of 1.5 mm². They are available with or without push-buttons and offer a slim, compact design. Instead of horizontal construction, a vertical design is used to save spaces.

Our single-channel ECBs give users maximum flexibility, both in the number of required channels and in the selection of individual functional properties of the ECB.

Eight different single-channel ECBs are available for selection. The channel width of just 6 mm also minimizes the space required.

The new Modbus TCP module allows direct connection of our MID energy meters without additional wiring effort, providing the perfect extension to the standard Modbus RTU interface.

WAGO’s Pro 2 Redundancy Power Supply is used when high system availability is required. If additional power supplies are installed and one of the devices fails, the remaining power supplies maintain system operation. Integrated decoupling MOSFET prevents feedback in a possibly short-circuited power supply output. It also eliminates the need for a separate redundancy module.

Not only up-to-date, but also everything at a glance – with the WAGO Navigator, users can find everything important for WAGO's engineering apps in one place. Thanks to an update, the WAGO Navigator’s new appearance now features a user interface that serves as the starting point for use of all installed WAGO software programs.

Flexibility and openness are the most important drivers in automation: WAGO therefore relies on strong partnerships – because developing qualified solutions in Industry 4.0 can only succeed together.

The demands on modern automation systems are steadily increasing: More and more computing power is needed directly in the field for optimal data use. WAGO offers solutions with the Edge Controller 400, which is tailored to the Linux®-based, real-time-capable ctrlX OS technology. The devices require little space, can be easily integrated into existing systems and process applications directly on the machine. Using ctrlX app technology, the Edge Controller 400 can be flexibly adapted to the specific task.

Your Benefits:

• Control and data processing in one device

• With ctrlX OS – the Linux®-based operating system

• IoT-ready thanks to MQTT and OPC UA

• Comprehensive CtrlX app offering

WAGO’s Basic Controller 100 makes engineering with CODESYS V3 possible. This enables 750 Series Compact Controllers, which are primarily designed for small-to-medium-sized automation applications, to work with the latest version of the IEC 61131-3 development tool.

The Compact Controller 100 is freely programmable with CODESYS V3, but can also be used for IEC 61131-independent software, such as with Node-RED, Python or C++. Subsequent installation of Docker^® as a virtualization environment is also straightforward. This addition makes the Compact Controller 100 a full-fledged IIoT device with gateway functionality. In this way, WAGO perfectly combines the requirements of two different domains into one device, bringing its expertise to bear where “automation meets IT.”

Fiber optic cables are the best solution for transmitting data over long distances or in environments with many interfering electromagnetic signals, such as in power grid systems. WAGO’s portfolio now contains a new PFC telecontroller model for the special requirements of this application domain.

WAGO integrates its manufacturer-independent CODESYS V3 automation software into the engineering process.

Open standards provide interfaces for co-creation, collaboration and partnerships and offer the basis for many successful projects. That’s why WAGO is incorporating manufacturer-independent CODESYS V3 automation software into its portfolio, now offering it along with the proven CODESYS engineering environment.

WAGO is expanding its WAGO I/O System 750 XTR, which is engineered specifically for demanding environmental conditions, adding more powerful PFC200 Controllers and several new I/O Modules. The new PFC200 technology is based on G2 hardware and features a 1 GHz Cortex A8 CPU with 512 MB of RAM and a 4 GB eMMC for applications requiring high computing power or large storage space. A four-channel module for pulse width modulation (PWM) is also available, allowing all channels to be parameterized separately. Analog inputs for current and voltage measurements with four high-resolution channels and eight-channel low-side switching digital inputs and outputs are also new.

The existing flexROOM^® and Weather Station applications now offer a BACnet® interface with their latest update (V3.5 and V2.3). It is based on the BACnet^® standard in Protocol Revision 22. As an established, standardized data transfer protocol for building automation, BACnet^® further simplifies communication between products from different manufacturers. This provides greater flexibility when using different systems and devices. Thanks to BACnet^®, applications can now easily exchange their data with a higher-level BACnet^® management station.

More and more users require the ability to monitor and manage the lighting of individual buildings or distributed properties from a central location. The new version 2.1 of WAGO Lighting Management offers the ideal solution. Convenient cloud connection allows access to the equipment data at any time, from anywhere in the world. In addition to WAGO Cloud and WAGO Cloud Building Operation and Control, other cloud applications are supported, such as Azure, AWS, IBM, SAP and native MQTT. Since the application also supports multi-cloud connectivity, data can be provided to two cloud systems simultaneously and in parallel, allowing users to implement different tasks in the appropriate cloud application. In addition, WAGO Lighting Management now supports OPC UA to provide data to higher-level systems for further processing and evaluation. This makes all the equipment information available at any time, from anywhere in the world, via the cloud connection and OPC UA interface.

WAGO’s TOPJOB^® S Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks have a long-standing reputation for ensuring safe,maintenance-free system operation in a wide variety of industrial applications and building installations.

With the new Eco Power Supplies (item numbers 787-2742 and 787-2744), WAGO offers a series of economical power supplies for standard 24 VDC applications for DIN-rail mounting.

Everything from a single source: In addition to the PFC100 and PFC200 IoT Controllers, WAGO is expanding its digital performance portfolio with the new WAGO Cloud.
