WAGO Continuous Jumpers for Control Cabinets – Clearly Organized Expansion of Potential!

Quick, easy, unlimited expansion of terminal block potential – with jumper systems.

The complex wiring tasks and high competitive cost pressure associated with digital progress demand sophisticated solutions for efficient control cabinet manufacturing. These include a broad range of terminal blocks that offers more than just safe electrical connection. Besides ease of handling and a compact design to cope with the steady decrease in available control cabinet space, state-of-the-art terminal blocks also offer a broad, flexible range of jumpers. Jumpers are required for all situations involving commoning terminal blocks of different sizes or multiplying potentials.

WAGO Continuous Jumpers: Connect an Unlimited Number of Terminal Blocks!

WAGO’s TOPJOB® S jumper range the key to the flexibility of TOPJOB® S Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks. Adjacent jumpers for continuous commoning from 1 to 2 or 1 to 3 make many different commoning challenges easy to meet: They save space and allow flexible adaptation and unlimited expansion.

What Continuous Jumpers Does WAGO Offer?

The WAGO TOPJOB® S family features a comprehensive, multifunctional selection of jumpers to ensure flexibility and open up large variety of applications. WAGO’s jumper range offers the perfect solution for all commoning needs. WAGO’s continuous jumpers have proven the perfect solution for connecting an unlimited number of terminal blocks to each other via a single jumper slot.

  • Continuous jumper, from 1 to 3 (every other terminal block can be commoned); red, blue and light gray color variants; 2002 Series
  • Continuous jumper, double, light gray, 2002-400

Top Benefits of WAGO’s Continuous Jumpers

Maximum flexibility for unlimited expansion

  • Connect an unlimited number of terminal blocks to each other using one jumper slot.
  • Every other terminal block can be commoned (from 1 to 3).
  • WAGO continuous jumpers are not required to have the correct number of contacts and can be added to or removed from the assembly easily.
  • In combination with the double continuous jumper, commoning challenges become even easier to meet.

Fast, Clear, Clean Attachment

  • WAGO continuous jumpers are ideal for device-oriented potential distribution in control cabinets, for example, when connecting a 24 V power supply for small devices.
  • Terminal blocks for corresponding positive and negative poles can be mounted directly adjacent to one another on the DIN-rail.
  • A clear arrangement of device connections using different colors minimizes the potential for control cabinet wiring errors.

A Compact, Flexible Design

  • The special profile of the continuous jumpers is designed so that they only need half a jumper slot,
  • allowing two jumpers to share a common contact. In contrast to conventional push-in type jumper bars, changing into the second jumper slot is not required after a limited number of terminal blocks.
  • The second jumper slot can be used for additional commoning, accommodating TOPJOB® S connectors for further connections or testing.
